Island activities

What can you do on a small quiet island like Tobago, you may ask?
If you know to enjoy the beauty of simple things in life, there is
A LOT!

There is the Caribbean Sea, of course, with its crystal clear water and the many beautiful beaches. If you fancy meeting a lot of people, you go to Store Bay or Pigeon Point. If you like to have the beach to yourself, drive up the North Coast and discover the bays of Charlotteville, Bloody Bay, Parlatuvier, Englishman's Bay, Castara...swimming and snorkeling are excellent in all. On the water MountIrvine public beach is also great for snorkeling and for watching the surfers on a wavy day. Have a drink at the beach bar and watch the sunset!

Nature: Rainforest, Birdwatching, Turtle watching, hiking, waterfall climbing

Island Safaris: Discover the enticing beauty of tropical Tobago. There are many beautiful little corners. Walk, ride, drive and if you are interested in the details and background information, join one of our tours - in your language.

Sports: Golf, Tennis, Squash, Horseback riding, Cycling, Gym, Aerobics, Surfing, Windsurfing, Jet ski, Kayaking, Scuba diving, Hobiecat sailing and other Watersports

Rentals: Jeeps, air-conditioned cars, motor bikes, bicycles, mini buses, rubber boots for walking in the forest (no joke *S*)

Dining: The choice of restaurants is surprisingly large for such a small island. From a local roti or crab and dumpling for lunch, Fried chicken and burgers for the die-hard fast food adepts, to elegant restaurants offering new world cuisine in tropical ambience.

Tobago's favourite: LIME (If you don't know what this means, you're not ready for the Caribbean yet. Ask me and I'll tell you.) There is always a party, a steelband playing or people dancing on the corner. Every Sunday night, the fishing village of Buccoo keeps its 'Sunday School', an open-air party at the beach facilities. Don't miss it!
